Scheduling & Accessing Appointments

Instructions:

Scheduling your appointment is simple and designed to make accessing support as easy as possible. You will first need to create an appointment using the Noterro client portal, inserting your name and email address. Once the you create an appointment, you will have access to booking sessions, invoices, forms, and cancelling appointments.

Noterro

Appointments can be booked directly through the secure online booking system via Noterro. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive confirmation details and any required forms by email, which are also visible on the client portal.

Accessing Your Virtual Session

Sessions are offered online through Doxy.me, a secure virtual platform designed for healthcare appointments. You will be emailed the direct Doxy.me Link upon booking. (NOTICE that there will be no link on Noterro client portal confirmation appointment, the link will be sent to you individually). This link remains the same for all therapy sessions.

At your appointment time, simply click the secure session link provided in your booking confirmation email.

If preferred, you may choose to access the Doxy.me and Noterro from your mobile or tablet for added convenience.

Before Your Appointment

Please ensure you have:

  • a private and quiet space

  • stable internet connection

  • camera and microphone access enabled

  • headphones if preferred for privacy

  • a few minutes to log in early if needed

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions as scheduled or reschedule/ cancel within 24 hours prior the appointment.

  • Provide and sign intake and consent form

  • Pay agreed session fees prior to therapy sessions

  • Engage in reflection and between-session practice when applicable

  • Communicate openly about goals and progress

Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Provide a structured (yet flexible) and supportive process

  • Maintain confidentiality with legal and ethical limits

  • Collaborate on goals and pacing

  • Monitor progress and adjust the approach as needed, sometimes conducting assessments

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential. In accordance with applicable professional and legal guidelines. Exceptions may apply in situation involving risk of harm to self or others, or where disclosure is required by law.
