Therapy Process: Structured sessions aimed at supporting insight, skill development, and sustainable change.
Frequency:Once a week consecutively for the first three weeks, flexible after that.
Estimated number of sessions: 15 (standard treatment).
Format:Individual sessions (additional sessions with others may be considered if relevant)
The structure is flexible and may be adapted based on progress and client needs.
The First Session
Is a chance for us to get to know each other and better understand your OCD and/or anxiety-related concerns. We’ll also begin to identify your goals for therapy, which will help guide our work together. These goals can always be adjusted as things evolve and progress is made.
