Payments Guidelines
While I offer clients the flexibility to book and cancel appointments through the client portal on Noterro, I do ask that appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Once booked, all payments are due within 24-hours of the scheduled appointments.
Please notice that if payments are not received within this time, we will not proceed with our session.
A Sliding-scale can apply if you qualify. Spots are Limited.
Receipts are provided for all sessions and may be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your coverage. It is recommended that you confirm your benefits and eligibility with your insurance provider prior to booking.
At the current moment, I only process SunLife insurance coverage directly.
